2024 has been an incredible year of learning, research, publication, international travels , global partnerships, and more. In early November, I had the opportunity to participate at the International Leadership Association (ILA) Global Conference 2025 in Chicago.
As a leader in higher education, researcher, author, speaker, this event offered an incredible platform to connect with leadership scholars and practitioners, exchange ideas, and engage in forward-thinking conversations about the evolving landscape of leadership in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
One of the highlights of the conference was the opportunity to learn about best practices in leadership and explore how AI is shaping the way we lead and collaborate.
